ok i just had my Posi installed and i have a 98. Well there wasnt a reluctor ring on the differential soooo i no longer have ABS brakes. Now on my dash it says ABS Inop. and the BRAKE light stays on. Is there atleast a fune i can pull to make them shut off? or maybe take the gauges out and theres the 2 bulbs i can pull? i dont wanna do anything to make them shut off if its gonna reclect on something to my car...theres just annoying staying on 24-7

Re: these dash lights are driving me insane....
i just swapped from bulbs to colored leds in my gauge cluster not that long ago, and i had it out and was looking at it..and to answer you question, only the illumination lights (behind the speedo, tach, temp, volts) can just be swapped/taken out with no effort...all the important lights (abs inop., SES, low trac.,) are all soldered leds into the gauge clusters big circuit board, without pulling everything out and unsoldering them, you could only really break them to shut em off, which is a bad idea....lol, anyways, i know TSP can disable the service engine soon light from the PCM, and they use HP Tuners, i never used HP Tuners, so its just a guess, but maybe they can disable those lights too.
