I tried all different keys already.... no luck there.

I jiggled shifter back and forth, no luck there.

Multi meter does not help me.... I do not know what to do with them

What would I sent the volt meter to?

Just gonna say, sometimes putting the shifter back and forth a few times will fix the neutral safety or whatever switch it is on autos.

I like my 5-speed, when clutch safety switch goes bad I can bypass it with a paperclip.

VATS issue? if you are not getting voltage at the starter then it could be a VATS issue. Sounds like your car is being pissy since it hasn't been to the track in awhile and you keep calling it her fat.

Ihave already hooked battery up to a jump box, no difference.

Batteyr was relocated back under the hood and cut off switch was removed.

Also I know you said the battery is good, but I have had a battery work everything but not crank the car, not even get the solenoid to click. With a smaller battery you can have the right Voltage but possilby not enough amps to crank the battery. A jump couldn't hurt anything.

ok forthe voltmeter set it to DC then you have two leads a black and red one...ground the black one out....then take a long wire like I said attach it too the little wire on the starter run that wire into the car, hook that up to the red part of the voltmeter, there should be 0 volts reading, maybee a couple millivolts....then watch the multimeter while you try and start the car if it jumps up to 12v then you know the problem is in the starter if it does nothing, you have a problem with something else, possibly the neutral switch....go check that and get back to us.

Re: POS won't start again, I need help!

                        Ok...

I took a wire and wrapped it around the positive side of the starter.

I then took my craftsman dig volt meter

set the volt metter to V- with the flat line "-"
                        Grouned the other side.

Put the positive into the wire (which goes to starter) and I had current reading of 11.7

This was before AND after turning the key in the ignition

I checked the multi meter to the battery and same, 11.7

                        Longer jump start??????

nonno you need to put the voltmeter wire to the small wire of the starter....the big wire you attached it too ALWAYS has power....attach it to the other one, the one that engages the solenoid....just hook it up to the only other wire there.

I may not being an expert in starters, but if the power side is only 11.7 volts, is it showing low voltage for the starter?

I think 11.7 is acceptable I've had voltages drop to 10v and still be able to crank er' over
