exhaust manifold gaskets

i see that the stock exhaust manifold gaskets are some kind of metal.
If I took them off, should I replace them with new gaskets? what kind?
Should I get abbott gaskets?

Should I re-use the stock head bolts? i wouldnt think so.

I would replace the gaskets. I don’t have experience but most people say to buy the Abbott gaskets in the exhaust forum.

Important: Do not reuse the cylinder head bolts. Install NEW cylinder head bolts during assembly.

I always thought that people bought the abbott exh gaskets only
if they have aftermarket (pacesetter) headers.

I guess I could try to reuse the old gaskets and see if there is a leak?
or is this a bad idea?

the haynes says if you have an exhaust leak(i dont) then you need to take your head in to get resurfaced
