I have a 94 and when the lights go down the driver side light grinds for a about 5 seconds as soon as its closed..sounds terrible and attracts too much attention in the parking lots :( Do you know what exactly causes this, and would the brass gears I hear all about fix this??

Re: Headlight Problem / Question
D_Fisher nailed this one, but to ellaborate a little. It is your gears stripping. Yes, brass gears will fix it, but if you want to do a temporary fix you could flip your current gears and hope they last a little while longer.
