I have been getting p0171 and p0174 last fdew days. from what i have gathered through searches it means both banks are lean. One of the causes i have found out is the O2 sensors. My question is which one. also would it make a difference (performance wise) going with the replacement or O2 sims. ANy thing else beside O2 sensors cause those codes. how much does a fuel conpression test cost (on average)?. thanx.

if both banks are lean it could be an intake gasket leak, plugged fuel filter, a whole shopping list of things. I personally find it hard to believe that both o2 sensors went bad at the same exact time.
