Car is Hesitating Under Acceleration

It seems that my girlfriends 93 firebord v6 3.4 is hesitating upon acceleration. I dont know what the problem is. Can anyone help me out!

Kinda broad with that.. little more description would help. half into it, full pedal? Anything else happening? Tune up done recently?

Not to jack your thread or anything, but I've been having the same problem. At a light or medium acceleration it "skips", but when I accelerate more it goes like it's supposed to. Very strange........

umm...any ses lights, codes? what have you checked so far, if anything?

start by checking the obvious stuff. plugs, wires, coils, and even injectors. if its been a while since a plug/wire change then could be that but they tend to flash a ses. injectors and coils seem to go longer before the computer lets ya know.

id go on the plugs or wires, seems like maybe ur not gettin the spark but maybe u can explain more? the fuel filter can be really dirty maybe, all 3 of those can be replaced at a cheap price.

this is under any acceleration of the pedal. I dont think the plugs have been changed but there a ***** to do.. She does oil changes on it all the time. The motor was torn apart to replace all the seals and gaskets 2 years ago... maybe it needs a serious tune up what would u guys do first as far as replacing stuff...

Mine does the same thing under light or medium acc. I just had tune up but i didn't replace the plug wires and i needed to. Guess i know where to start.

Think about the fuel filter and possibly some bad gas.
