which o2 sensor is this?

I get a random code about once every 3 months or so on an O2 sensor heater
(not sure if the heater is slow or has gone out). Which O2 sensor is it?
Another fix might be to increase the timer set point in the PCM????
code is P0147 bank 1 sensor 3

B1S3 is the after-cat sensor. This is the one that many people replace with a simulator.
