yes, they do apply, but don't mistake these for recalls. These are just to assist gm techs in fixing you car. It is kind of like gm saying we have seen this quite a bit, so check this first. Use these for your own knowlage and to help yourself with problems. Just because there are these bulletins, it does not mean your vehicle have these problems. Basically it is one big gm tech help thing.

Oh, thanks. I reread what I wrote and I stated it wrong. I thought they were free fixes, but I got it confused with recalls....nevermind me....hehe
