Wow i wasnt expecting that much of a difference. My car drives really nice now and seems to have alot more power. I ran the fuel injection stuff, the intake cleaner and some engine treatment. You could hear all the crap burning up while i ran the intake cleaner. I doupt the previous owners did anything besides an oil change and brakes to my car. Due to the difference in power i felt. . .
well anyways I hope i get better gas miliage now! !
95 black 3.8 camaro, Intake, Pacesetters, Flowmaster 80 series, accel plugs and wires, B&M shift kit (eh could be better), hopefully a highflow cat soon. and a bunch of appearance mods.
What kind of stuff did you use? Did you go to autozone? and was it the stuff you just pour into your gas or what?
I used this stuff called Run Rite From what i understand its pretty good. It does include a gas treatment (injection cleaner) which you pour into the gas, an oil treatment, and the intake cleaner which you basically pour into an IV lol and let it go through the vacuum hose into the intake.
I have 123K miles on my car. . so I figured i needed everything cleaned up. I have to clean the throttle body next.

Its the hose that goes into the brake booster (right in back of the master cylinder).

My dad actually had a few kits. You can get kits at just about any parts store. It only took about a half an hour since you have to let the intake cleaner drip through the IV thing at a fast drip. So it takes a good 20 minutes or so for that.
Yeah i have to change my oil again in a few weeks. .
