Is a Electric Water Pump a good Idea for v6 f bodies and what does the Plug-and-play wiring harness plug in to and does the drive belt on a 97 fit a 96.

decent mod for high rpm power, not going to see anything in low rpms. It would be one of the last bolt ons I would do though. I would get exhaust, intakes, gears/lsd and such taking care of first.
plug and play harness you are talking about I believe is a relay system that turns the pump on when the car is started instead of you having to flip a switch every time to turn it on.
Drive belt will be the same from 96 to 97. -
