My mom is having problem with her 1992 Volvo 240. It's running rough and has no power (like it ever HAD power, lol).
Anyway, the service advisor said that the problem was the "power stage" but when asked what it was, he couldn't answer it other than it's part of the distributor.
Personally, I don't think he really knows what the problem is with that car. They've had my mom's car for 3 days now, and every day they call and say that they're still working on the problem but hasn't fixed it yet.
Does anyone know what a "power stage" is?
