I have never seen the inside of a fuel injection system and not quite sure how it is set up but would a leaky oring on one injector cause both banks to run lean or is it just limited to the bank the injector is located.

my guess is only one side, since there are 2 main fuel lines that go to the rail.
you can get orings from oreillys for $3. I've had to replace one of mine after it completely broke. IM NO EXPERT though

A leaking injector o-ring would tend to run only its bank lean.
