I know its poisonous.
No autozone/oreillys/advance auto will take coolant. The city is supposed to have a place you can take it. So is it okay for the environment if its leaked onto the street? Will it come back in our drinking water like oil?
2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls!
its not going to cause cancer like oil if it gets on your skin? i dont think so
yea, its just a small amount, for everytime you work on your engine... or for everytime someone has a wreck and its all over the road, it adds up. But hey, I'll only be around for another 30-45 years max. So what do I care? :thumbd:

You will most likely kill your neighbors pets if it is poured out in the street, as they are drawn to the sweet smell and taste. Then a few hours later they stop breathing. You should just hang on to it until you have a city hazardous waste disposal day. They do those around me 2-3 times per year. Bring in batteries, oil, paint, solvents, etc.
Definitely check with the city/county for disposal. Our car-part's places here (Memphis) will take used antifreeze. I've never encountered a waste disposal company that would charge an individual for disposing of tires, batteries, oil or coolant. If that doesn't work, call a radiator shop and ask if they will take it. All of these things have worked just fine for me.
Don't pour it down the street drain! As far as antifreeze goes; at the *least* dump it down the toilet. Then it will hit a treatment plant before being dumped into a river or water-table. (Definitely don't do that with any oils!)
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
