had nothing to do today, so yesterday I grabed some 5 gallon buckets from advanced and 2.5 gallons of purple power. threw the alumnium heads and intake manifolds into the mix and let it sit over night. when I got to it this morning about 80% of the sluge and oil came right off the first or second time I hit it with a wire brush. letting them soak again. I'll hit them again tonight. I do plan on having them hot tanked when they are ported and polished, but I needed to see what I had to work with before hand. next time I go to my dads I will grab my spare set of iron 3.4L intake manifolds so I can compare then together.
