possible to do this and not throw codes

i plan on buying a v6 out of an 02 with like 50k or something on it, i want to build it up and boost it as time and money permits and then it will be ready when my 98 with 136k on it is ready to die and then vroom i have a fast like new motor, but is it possible to procharge the 3.8, then bot on a tremec t5 drop it in (with a tsp tune of course) and then not throw any codes and retain OBD?
