has anybody thought of making a crank scraper? i did it on my 85 GT and picked up 14 hp. all i had needed was a piece of 16 gauge aluminum sheet metal and a pair of sheetmetal snips. all you'd have to do is put the car on jack stands and yank the oil pan( don't know how hard this is on the v6's because i haven't done it) just bolt it onto the main caps(not between the caps and block) 12secv6 might be interested in this

i'm not sure how hard it would be to install on the v6's. i made one a few years ago for my GT and all i had to do was pull the oil pan and put it on. i'm not interested in testing it om my v6 right now. all my time and effort is going into my Z28 and my sister's trans am.
the idea just popped into my head last night. i figured i'd share it with the hardcore v6ers. you guys have more of an interest in it than me.1968 Camaro SS 509 BB M4
1970 Mustang Mach 1 351W M4
1985 Mustang GT 302 M5
Me: Scratch your chin for me.
Jepe: $@&% you
dstrbdv6: if you live past forty i\'ll start going to church again
