I don't know if I can explain this well, but ever since I bought my 1996 RS Camaro, it makes this sound either when I'm turning the wheel while stationary or starting out and revving in first gear. It's kind of this whiny sound that dies off as i switch to 2nd and third gear. I really don't know how to describe it, it's just very noticable when I'm getting out of the parking lot and turning the wheel while going like 2mph. At first I though it would be the power steering or something like that but I am completely not sure. Any ideas?
