My car makes this noise at idle like a whistle, but not as high pitched. I noticed it while at a drive thru. What should I look at? Thanks,

The AC wasnt on and hadnt been on.
The radio was off and doesnt give me noise anyway.
The vacuum leaks might be the prob, seeing as I also have fuel problems and, correct me if I am wrong, the fuel pressure regulator is controlled by a vacuum line. Any thoughts? Thanks.Comment
