I'm all excited now. Just got my hands on a bare bones LS1 block bored 10 over. Oh the havoc I'm gonna create with this. Plan is to keep this bore and do a 4.000 stroke. If I'm not crazy that'll mean I'll have myself a 383 stroker LS1. Then comes the fun of trying to massage it into an engine bay made for either the 3800 Series II (current engine) or capable of fitting the LT1. I'm looking forward to the challenge. But this is gonna be a long ride as I'm back in college getting my master's right now and low on funds in general. So, I want everyone to cheer me on. With luck, in a couple of years the '97 RS will be sportin' a monster under his hood. Can you say sleeper? Woohoo.
