got my a/c checked this morning and they said there was a leak detected around the front seal of the compressor. Is this something that can be fixed, or do I have to get a new compressor. If it can be fixed, can anyone suggest where to get the seal and if this is something I could do myself. Thanks in advance.

not worth repairing. Go to junk yard and pick up used compressor cheap -
my compressor is squeeling and grinding at times, not all the time but sometimes it does. I think the clutch isn't releasing inside it. SHould I get a new one or can you replace the clutch in it?Comment
