i hope ive posted thsi in the right place if not please correct me. would the udnerdrive pullies form zzperformance fit on our 3.8. it says will fit the l36 and l67. and i know that ours is the l36 but since it is mostly a grand prix sight i know that the l36 they use is a front wheel drive and i thought there might be some difference. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

As far as I've heard, the 3.8 is already underdriven quite a bit (when compared to the 3.4, etc, which is an engine that already has UD pullies available). But hey, if they find a few (Streetable -- charging problems, no power steering overheating) hp, that's cool.

I would think that it would fit. You could always email or call and ask them before you order.

dont the pully positions change in regards to fwd and rwd?? I wouldnt recommend this mod...I promise you, youre not hte first person to think of UD pullies for a 3.8, but someone down the line knew it wasnt a good idea.

Underdrive pulleys suck. They killed my battery and alternator within a week. Waste of money no matter what kind of car you have.

Your not the only one. Ive lost two alternators to mine, and now the crank one has a striped bolt, so I have to have the garage do some sugery to get the stock ones back on.. :(

THEY SUCK. not worth the little gain they give (or was there even one?)

I've run pullies on my car for 3 years and have a large stereo system with no problems.
