max horsepower

What do you think is the maximum amount of horsepower we could get out of these 3800 series II engines naturally aspirated? with what mods?

I'm guessing in the 500-600 hp range (400-500 rwhp) with forged internals, huge turbo with high psi, completely upgraded ignition and fuel system and a very beefy clutch/transmission, etc....Oh, and lots of $$$$$$$...

1) he said n/a and 2) I'm sure we could get around 400-500 rwhp n/a with the right stuff and a **** load of money.

Oops I overlooked that...There is a sickeningly fast n/a 3800 series II Firebird driven by Harry Doolittle. Do a search on his name, some pretty interesting stuff.

His current car is 2002 Firebird coupe, again with a Buick V-6 engine. With this car, Harry set a National Record that has proved to be the quickest e.t. ever run by a normally aspirated V-6 Stock class drag car at 12.53 seconds.
