My passenger rear floor board is SOAKED with water. It's been raining quite a bit here in Tampa Bay, and my car has been outside for most of it. I can NOT find this leak anywhere. NO WHERE else in the car is wet. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I think it's coming in from my weatherstripping somehow. Anyways, it'll come in, then go down the grey peice of plastic on the inside top, and drip onto the carpet in the back. I'm not entirely sure where it enters the car at or how.

i saw on another forum, someone was acually having water come in through the grommet that goes through the firewall. That is probably where water is leaking in

Unless I misunderstood him, I think he means behind the passenger seat. I doubt it came through the firewall and went all the way to the back of the car without showing itself anywhere else. I've sat in my car while it happened, and it's leaking around the door somewhere, and dripping off the plastic peice up top for me.

I have the same problem, and I thought it had somthing to do with my amp wire, but I guess I should look elsewhere then.

I think mine might be related to the amp wire too... I have run through the door, and then under that gray plastic all the way to the back. i wonder if water is coming in from where i have my amp wire running? but then wouldn't my front passenger get wet too?

My passenger side footwell is soaked during heavy rains too, I believe it under the passenger side dash from a grommet, I can't quite find the leak.

My T-tops leak like a son-of-a-*****. Replaced weather stripping and everything, didn't do anything.

Thought about doing that, but for 170 bux from gmpartsdirect, for a non guaranteed fix... i dunno 'bout that.

is the back of your back seat getting wet too?

maybe its coming in from the hatch.
