Hello, a friend of mine just bought a 91 Astrovan as a beater. He got a good price, but the heater does not work. There is no heat coming out at all, and the blower does not work. It is getting very cold here in Jersey, so I told him I would look at it. Does anyone know where I should start, I'm thinking it might be a vacuum line for the heater core, but would that also stop the blower from working? Thank you for any help you may provide me.

you ain't gonna feel no heat if the fan ain't blowin. Might not be anything wrong with the heater core.
