Can't quite figure out what's going on, i've got a 1995 Camaro 3.4 V6 Auto. About one in three times when I hit the ignition to turn on the car i'll get power, but the car wont even try to start. No clicking from the starter, so I don't think it's a solenoid problem. So, i'll leave the car for about ten minutes, try again and she'll fire right up with no problems. Would it be the ignition coil going? Give me a hand fella's.

Re: Wont start... somtimes.
I think the only way your going to figure this one out is to get at the starter and connect a volt/ohm meter to it. Then try to start. If the key is in the start position and the starter isn't turning over, take note of the voltage.
If there is no voltage then you have to chase it back into the ignition switch and maybe further.
If there is low voltage, again you have to chase it back and find your resistance in the system.
If there is full voltage there, the starter is cooked, ka-put, ....dead.
Electrical snags are sooooo much fun!!!Now Playing: \'99 Pewter Firebird, stock, bone stock, and nothing but stock, so help me God!
Comming attractions: K&N Filter, Lid Mod, Intake Bellows Smooth Pipe Mod.
I dream about: Forced Induction (TC or SC) or NOX (or both!)
