Turn Signal / DRL housing

Firstly, I drive a '99 Firebird. My DRL / Turn Signal assembly has water in it from a crack on the front of the lense. I'm trying to pull the whole thing out so I can dump the water. When I look at it from under the hood, it has three nuts that look like they're supposed to come off. I can't get them to budge, either. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I had quite a hard time getting my stock light assempbly out when I was putting in my clear corners. The easiest way to approach it is to first tkae off the headlight. Then, there are 3 screws holding in the corner light, two in the back, one on the bottom. That was the easy part for me...I had trouble freeing the whole assembly. Mine was held up on the fender side by the black bracket the connects the front bumper and the fender. I finally ended up squeezing the bracket together with pliers while I scraped the edge of the assembly out. Hope this helps.

yeah, just really torque on it, best way for me to attack it was from above, and even if you get the water out they arent gonna look good, you're better off getting replacements, the lenses dont pop off like they look like they should, but just keep trying, and they will budge

I tried going at it from above. How would I get to the bottom nut?

if you are using a wrench, i reccommend using a socket, and then just use an extension for the bottom one, there is also an access panel on the bottom, you'll see it, it is held on by 2 screws, mine was pretty much rusted on so i ended up breaking the screws out, but i found it easier from above anyways
