I have seen in alot of peoples sigs that they have this, does it help in any way?? Any performance notice, even though "Up to 10 hp" at SLPs site has to be BS. Who has them to buy?? SLP was for LS1s and FWD 3800s. Thanks

you auto pick 1 up at your local auto parts store (pep boys/auto zone) etc. just helps to keep the engine, cooler engine= more power

A 15 degree difference in engine temp at the track can cost you a couple of tenths easily on your e.t.

The next trick is to get the engine temp to actually stay down at the thermostat temp, and that's where a fan switch or reprogramming comes in, so the fan comes on too. Otherwise, in traffic or a staging lane, the temp still comes up to 210 or so, until the pcm decides to turn the fan on.
