When I stomp on it from a 45 - 50 MPH roll it doesn't go from 4th to 2nd, just 3rd and it takes a LONG time to get up there + it feels sort of weak till it hits it's powerband. Is that normal?

I'ma go for the mount first because it's cheaper and my tranny mount is stock, not to mention I just had a tranny rebiuld so I can't see Fluid getting bad within 4 months time period...1997 Camaro RS W/T-Tops<br />All Stock / 200 HP

Your computer also controls the 4-2 downshift, with a tuner this is editable what rpm/speed you want it to actually downshift.
You may be hitting it right at the point where is ONLY downshifts to 3rd, If I get time I'll check out the stock 4-2 shift point.
