Iv'e got a 1994 firebird 3.4L the a/c shows full and compressor comes on but blows out hot air any ideas what could be wrong.

AC shows full? explain. if you are talking about pressure, that does not accurately reflect the amount of freon it has in it. you could simply be low on freon.

Is the air really hot, like it's heated? Maybe your temperature blending doors are stuck on HOT or something like that. Or is it just outside temp air, indicating that the AC or not doing any cooling? Also, check the AC pipes under the hood, and the dryer canister. Are they cold? Not just cool, but cold enough to get condensation on them?
