weird sound

the other day it was raining and with all the water and all my car starts to sound like if something is moving its just sound when im between 750-1500 rpm
what it could be?

is it a rattle. I understand your from another country so lets try to take this slow and simple. Its usually hard enough to diagnose someones noise over the internet if he normally speaks and types English. lol

es como si el tubo del escape golpearea con algo y ase que mi carro no acelere y ahora se prendio el foquito de "abs inop"

Its like a pump/tube would hit something and not make my car acelerate properly.. and now the "abs inop" light is on.
