You use the bolts that are already on the car and yes you will need a new belt. Call ASP and they will give you the size. What year is your car and are you installing both pulleys?

hey tabizzy, my asp pullies (crank & alternator) are on their way too. I ordered them yesterday so they should be here next week or so. Tell me if the install is easy or not and what exactly I need to do since we have the same year, and engine.

theorwtically its easy, you remove 5 bolts form the crank pulley(the one in the center all the way on the bottom). Sounds easy, but mine were on real tight, hell with my car in gear and me trying to undo the 4 ones around the center i was cranking the engine and moving my car. I got them off then put the crank pulley in the same spot.

the alternator pulley is jsut one nut to remove. I got my original one off with out too much trouble, did bend a fin on the little fan blade. But I had to replace my alternator, and came with a new pulley which for the love of god I cannot get off. So I am only running the crank pulley at the moement, which sucks cuz I got my personal best without it, wonder what I would have gotten with it on?

I heard that someone did not use a belt and it worked fine, but I bought my crank/alt pulley set used and it came with a belt. I needed a new drivebelt anyways.

i have underdriven pullies, seems to be making it much harder to charge at night, especially now that i put foglights in my car. no problem when i'm driving , but when i stop, volts go down very far, especially if i have my system on.

\yep, you will notice a bit of charge loss but it's not too bad. I put a higher amp \alt on and a Gel Cell Deep Cycle battery on mine. When I had the subs in I also ran a 1.0 F cap that helped a lot.
