I decided to try it. One thing I noticed that the engine runs alot smoother now. My gas mileage has gotten better but I changed the TPS sensor at the same time so that helps too. I want to have the oil analyzed to see how good it was. I will keep you guys posted.

i like the valvoline max life synthetic. i have near 130,000 miles and it seems to be almost perfect for me -

I have used mobil one and noticed my z24 and gp both ran smoother and my mileage went up almost 1.8mpg on the highway. I now use royal purple because I like the extended oil change periods.
