Was driving a camaro today and a loud noise and vibration occured whenever the car was steered left, but when turned right there was no noise. Any ideas on what this might be? Perhaps the wheel bearings?

you might want to take a look at your lug nuts. If they are backing out a little they could cause the vibration. Torque them all down just to be safe. Other then that it could be something wrong with your power stearing. Maybe blow a seal of some kind. How is the fluid level?
