so i'm starting my performance mod list. wanted to get some advice. since i'm not very "engine-literate" or anything (noob basically) i wanted to get yall's opinions on mods to increase the performance of my 1994 3.4L camaro. this is the list i have so far:

    >3400 conversion
    >baer braking system
    >eibach/hotchkis lowering springs
    >bilstein shocks
    >pacesetter/rksport headers
    >high flow cat
    >160 deg. Thermo
    >MSD ignition box
    >shift kit
    >3.42’s and LSD

i know that there are things i'm missing that would be beneficial to have so i wanted to get yall's take on things. is this a good list? i already have and exhaust and a CAI. what else needs to be added?

    Re: mod list

looks like a good list so far. Make sure you get everything needed for that 3400 conversion, it is a pretty big conversion. You could possibly add some underdrive pulleys to it as well.

Lower control arms and subframe connectors are something else to consider.

More power to you if you can afford the baer brakes, but it wouldn't hurt to look into C5 brakes instead. Great bang for the buck. The only problem is you have to make sure your wheels will clear them, but if you are thinking about getting aftermarket wheels that wouldn't be a big deal.

        this is what we've done

        K&N intake
        ported/polished throttlebody by funkz
        Tb bypass
dynomax muffler back (soon to be full 3" exhaust)
        B&M shift improver
V8 rearend (3.42, LSD, disc brakes)
        some urethane bushings
        V8 rear sway bar
        cross drilled/slotted rotors

everything seemed to help a little bit
we had a cheap ebay intake on it before and it helped, but we put the K&N on it and it looks a lot nicer but we lost some MPG, not sure if thats why or not, we know the cat is on its way out

after we did the TB today it finally will break the tires loose a little when the auto hits 2nd gear
