Why didnt the oil drain bolts come with a magnet on it?
    Or anywhere in there...
Regardless, I'm about to weld a magnet onto the bolt tip

the rear diff cover should already have magnets in it as well as the tranny. some pans do have magnets but i don't know if ours do. I'm pretty sure my drain plug is magnetic anyways :)

You can buy the magnet bolt at any auto parts, around here atleast you can. Mine always has stuff on it when i change my oil..about every 3k. where did you epoxy the magnet at? on the tip of the bolt, or on the out side of the bolt? either way would work i guess.

he means: the magnet already comes magnatized. You just stick the magnet up to a piece of metal and voila.
think mcfly think ;) sorry just kidding, couldnt resist
