      Re: dumb question

you should be alright, what the Hpp3 does is advance the timing depending on your octane to give you a few extra HP

why do you want to run 91?

              Re: dumb question

"higher octane gas by itself will not make more power!
Just like more boost by itself will not make more power!
Using higher octane makes it retard from detonation (makes it safer
              to turn up the boost).
Some N/Aers prefer to use 87 for their N/As.
The tendancy for lower octane to be less stable and burn faster means that
more chemical energy is used while the charge is expanding in the cylinder before the exhaust valve opens. Fuel burning in your headers doesnt do anything but keep your exhaust hot." Its a waste to run higher octane when not needed.
Situations where you do need higher octane: high compression, boost, nitrous, high mileage motor(because of carbon hot spots), if you are gonna race it hard, or seeing detonation.

I've read alot more than just this. But whatever, its your money, do what you want.

but if its tuned for the 93, then it ought to make a difference and give an advantage, its advanced timing or something, idk

true, i could agree with that
just saying, if its not tuned for higher octane, then dont drive around daily driving all the time using higher octane...not really worth it IMHO
