at what temp. sould the fan come on , i mean i had the the car running for about 20 min. and no fan , just when i turn on the AC, sould both fans come on when i turn on the AC.

yes, both fans come on low speed when the ac is on. The stock settings for fans is Lows on at 221* off at 214*, highs on at 230* and off at 225*

my car heats up to 210 and stays there also, I hear all these people saying theres goes to 180-190 and stays i dont see how...

While moving my car stays at 180. If I'm sitting in traffic it will go over 200, but I generally turn on my fans to keep it at 180.
