  • High current draw at idle???

I have been having problems lately with voltage dropping too low. After measuring the current draw at idle from the wire coming off the alternator it was 28.8 amps, everything in car was turned off. is this normal or way too high? this is after car was fully warmed up and driven and the fans were not on.

What is the current draw with the motor turned off, all interior accesories off (lights included) like after a couple minutes with the doors closed?

Didnt check with motor turned off. im assuming its fine because it can sit for days and the battery doest run dead. i cant figure out what could possibly continually draw that much current without either blowing a fuse or destroying itself.
