P0305 and stuttering at low RPMS in cohoots?

I got my computer scanned today since I got the SES light. I got code P0305, cylinder 5 is misfiring. Tomorrow I'm gonna change out the plugs with NGK's and the wires with something, dunno yet, probably the best I can get at Pepboys, most likely Accels. The car is idling rough at red lights in park, but if I drop it into neutral she calms down. Also, it stutters pretty bad sometimes off the line until 15MPH then runs like a champ. It sounds like its all due to the misfire in my book.

Any opinions, comments...anything? Oh can ya'll recommend wires you liked with your 3800's? Mine is 100% stock at the moment, but I have an SLP CAI i'm putting in after I get her running nicely.
