I have question about this washer fluid tank I would like to know is it necesarry to have because I rarely use it and whenever I do it just makes things worse because only part of the windshield is clean so what I would like to know will removing the windows washers fluid tank prevent me from passing inspection any suggestions will be appreciated

i removed mine. You could just drain it. Or you could remove the whole thing for like a pound extra. There is a plastic black piece that blocks the radiator of air.. its right underneath the washer reservoir... i need to remove the washer pump and lines now
