washer fluid tank

I have question about this washer fluid tank I would like to know is it necesarry to have because I rarely use it and whenever I do it just makes things worse because only part of the windshield is clean so what I would like to know will removing the windows washers fluid tank prevent me from passing inspection any suggestions will be appreciated

im pretty sure they dont check those for inspections but i may be wrong, it would take off a little weight though

i removed mine. You could just drain it. Or you could remove the whole thing for like a pound extra. There is a plastic black piece that blocks the radiator of air.. I gladly ripped that out too!

hey where is this piece blocking my radiator of air? ill rip it out in a second lol. ive got the 96 model

its right underneath the washer reservoir... i need to remove the washer pump and lines now
i also need to do some experimental testing now
