pcv, and i didn't get much smoke so i'm guessing that it wasn't that dirty. i mean my engine was pulled apart about 10k ago.

I get like a small clear pastic tube...

I unhook the brake booster, put the plastic tube inside of brake booster line. Then I run the clear tube into the can. I slowly suck it in, not fully to fill the line but to kinda of "mist" it in.

I run about 1/2 a bottle. It helps imo if your motor is dirty but you need like 40kish on the car I think to be noticeable difference.

there was no point in doing this unless your car was dirty. doing it at a regular basis can ruin your engine by putting holes in your pistons and etc. this type of thing is for high mileage, dirty engines who have carbon build up, not a fresh engine.

I think at one point when I was still a mod around here, we were requesting temporary suspensions for people making posts on seafoam...because if you search seafoam, you get an ocean's foam worth of posts.

But anyhow, I'm glad you figgered out on your own Kristen. Seafoam is very effective (if your engine needs it) AND is very simple to do! some good stuff.
