another power window question

how in the world do you get the door panel off around those sliding locks. ive got everything loose but i cant get it around the sliding lock.

pull out on the sliding lock at the fatter part it will snap off the metal rail it slides on. The you will be able to remove the panel. To reinstall just snap it back on after you have assembled all of the other door stuff.
