  • My car was hit - Help Please!!!!

Well, it finally happened. 30 minutes ago I got hit by a car from the side, right by the driver side headlight. The hit didn't do much, if anything, to the car, but it pushed the front bumper in enough to close the gap between the headlight and the hood. I think the headlight will hit the hood if I try to open it. Anyways, my question is: will it be hard to try to fix that myself? I know I will need to remove the whole front bumper (I have a W68) to fix that.
Have anybody ever have something like that happened to your car?
    Any advice would be appreciated.

p.s. I'll try to post pics later today.

Maybe there is something I don't get. If you got hit, the other guy has to pay a professional body shop to restore the car
the way it was before you got hit.

not always. if you can get a good quote and have the insurance co cut a check, fix it yourself and pocket the money you save. but when I comes to body damage you usually want it repainted, and I would suggest not doing hat yourself unless you really know what your doing.

Yea, I say just let the other guy pay, These body parts can be tricky to line up right + paint... take the high road on this one.
