half of the lights on my car are dimm

I have a 97 rs camaro, when you put the parking brake down only the drivers side driving light will come on, the passenger one will not, and after it sits or I drive it for awhile it will come on, and if I'm driveing at night the pass., side is dimmer than the driver side, anyone have any clues on what it could be?

I have replaced all the bulbs and socckets on the pass. side, and the still are dimmer and the front parking light will not come on till it sitts for awhile 10-15 min.

Check the bulb socket contacts and see if they're corroded. Might need to clean them off with some sandpaper. Test the socket with a multimeter to see if it's getting the same voltage as the other side.

Tell-tale sign of a poor ground. Check the socket first, but if that's not the issue, try to find a wiring diagram and hunt down the grounds for both lights.
