Thanks to PewterBird for sending me the CD's I now have CD1 and CD5 available for DL on my ftp server listed below. It is really fackin slow. There are about 10 people getting it right now and Comcast has me capped. Sorry fellas.

GM Service Manual 5CD set is on the way to me thanks to PewterBird. I will check it out...see what I can do to compress it and put it up for everyone real soon.

Well...I'm hoping that I can figure out how to compress it or extract the info for our specific cars and just have that. I really don't know the layout of the program so I need to see about it.

Hope you guys dont mind me getting a copy.I have alot of work to do on my 97 Firebird,new clutch,brakes,power steering pump,head gasket and a few little things.The cd's will help big time.

I can't believe cd 1 and 5 are less than 100 megs together, why didn't they just combine them?

I guess I'll find out why when i get everything downloaded. When I do, I can send the files to people over aim and not everybody will have to download from your ftp server. I've got 1995 and 2002 firebird owner's manuals in pdf format that I can upload too if you want.
