When I got my 32-34 mpg it was a 7-hour straight drive from Dayton, OH to Greensboro, NC. only one stop at rest-stop. otherwise it was all go all the time. I figured out that my avg speed was 84 mph, and that's not taking off any time for the pit-stop, lol... When I drive around here, I usually find that I avg. about 27, give or take, but that's still mostly highway. The rest of my family all has import 4-bangers, and I get the best gas-mileage out of all of them.
