    Where does the jet chip go?

    I just bought a jet chip two weeks ago and haven't plugged it in yet. I decided to do it today, but i'm not sure where it goes. Does it go into the ECM or PCM? and which is which? The two of them are right next to each other. is it the top or bottom?

    it didn't have the instructions...i bought it used.

    What year is your vehicle ?? 4th Gens don't hav a chip. (92-02)

      He probably means a Jet Chip module.

        If you're standing facing the front of your car you install it on the one closest to you. You have to have the extension adapter though.

          i think you mean the one that goes into the PCM. its the lower half section of your PCM. dont mess anything up by jamming it into the wrong spot ;)
