oil and coolant leak

whats going on guys.

well during the fall i had a coolant leak from the front of the intake manifold. once the winter started the leak stopped, i now have notice that i have a oil leak. is there anyway that the two are related, and if so how hard is it to change the seal on the intake manifold.... any other info that you might think helpful is appreciated.....
