Most of you know my mods, most boltons/ powerpack/cam etc. etc. i have 26lb ls1 injectors and the walbro in tank pump, are these injectors to much?is it possible they would slow me down at all from being to much? thanks for any help guys.

That will definitely be too much for a V6. That's a lot of fuel to be dumping into a NA V6. The worst that would happen with larger injectors is a rough idle. But unless you have large amounts of HP you won't need more than 24lb injectors.<a href=\"http://www.onid.orst.edu/~waltejam/\" target=\"_blank\">98 Bright Red Camaro</a><br />Too many mods to list....check my websiteComment

The other consideration is the range of adjustment that the pcm can handle. I've heard it's around 25%. My fuel trim runs about 20% with the 24 lb injectors. (if I don't tweak the base setting on my maft, which is another whole discussion in itself...) So 26 lb and up injectors could exceed the pcm's adaptive capabilities.

Yep, you should be ok, if they remap the fuel table, then the pcm will be dead on. With a mini-AFC or a PCM recal you can run any size injectors you want and be ok.Comment
