Where can I find a hoist???

Anyone know of any national chain stores that rent hoists??? I've checked the phone book, and I've checked online, but I can't find any local.

I borrowed one from a guy that my dad worked with, but he's no longer reachable (jail)...

If I had my own garage, I'd just buy one, but I'm working in my sister's garage, and once my car's done, and out of her garage, her and her husband want to park their cars in there, and I don't have anywhere to store one...

I'd really like to know that I'm going to be able to get my car back together!!!

are you on www.daytonfbody.com ? if not sign up and ask over there. i know theres plenty of guys on there who might be willing to lend you theirs for a few days.

I used an overhed hoist to pull the 3.4 & put in/pull the 3800. Harbor Freight was kind enough to sell it.

:tup: get that sucker ready!! theres going to be a track day for us again coming up this fall! theres aready been 2 of them this summer with really good turnouts. i havent been able to go though becuase of effen work. :(

just a fyi the trans am nationals car show is aug. 25-27th. its at the dayton air port in vandalia. just in case you didnt know about it. :)

Yea I was lookin at some of the posts on dayton-fbody of the kilkare event, looks like a good time... I'll do my best to have mine ready for the next track day. It'll be the first time she's ever been to the track!!! lookin forward to it.

I'm hoping I can make it to the T/A nationals, I think I might have finals on one of those days (d@mn summer classes!!)
